Yanina Couture AW18 at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week

The main source of inspiration for the AW1819 Couture collection is the love for traditions of the Russian people and the love for French chic.

This collection is like a kaleidoscope of eras mixing the Peter's times, the Revolution, Katherine the Great, young Komsomols, modest peasant women, and the one thing that unites Russian beauties of all times - the desire to dress up no matter what.

Winter is the fashion house’s favorite season. This collection is composed mostly of suits

and Yanina signature dresses with fitted waists and full skirts.

Traditional for peasants’ wardrobe sheepskins with incredible embroidery are elevated to the level of chic.

Fabrics include velvet, taffeta, wool, leather.

Main colors of the collection are black, grey, wine, emerald.

Embroideries are since the beginning of the Fashion House part of its DNA, this AW 1819 season they are inspired by the traditional Russian patterns.

The house used a variety of technics - hand-embroidered simple peasants’ patterns, patchwork, leather lace, and lastly sculptural and volumetric embroidery of baroque patterns.
