Vintage inspired wedding gowns shown at the White Gallery

Showing at the New Bridal Talent Preview was The Vintage Wedding Dress Company with their new Decade silk and Lace Collection. This collection is vintage-inspired with one gown representing each decade.

1920s lace decade
Roaring ahead in the 1920s was the low slung waist style typical of this era. Showing the fun decadent lifestyle of this time is the  plunging neckline,  but for the blushing bride this can be modestly covered with an additional lace panel. In cream and handmade in the UK from the finest silk crepe de Chine and French lace.

1930s silk decade
Flirting in the 30's brought the sleek 'Ritzy' glamourous look to evening wear. This gown shows the popular bias cut and soft figure draping of the era. In natural and handmade in the UK in a heavy crepe silk satin

1940's silk decade
No style rationing here for this 1940's dress with its cowl neck and low draped back. In soft ivory and handmade in the UK from a classic weighted soft silk crepe.

This nifty 50s style dress is ready to rock and roll as it combines a structured draped heartshaped bodice (which gives rock solid support) with rolling layers of fun full length tulle rarely seen on an original piece. Here shown with a n overlay of lace. In soft ivory and handmade in the UK from the perfect mix of silk satin, crepe, organza and soft tulle.

1960's decade
And swinging its way down the runway aisle is this 1960's style gown embellished with sparkling beads and cute bow.
