Pink Elephant – 1
½ oz Amarula cream, 1oz chocolate liqueur, 3oz raspberry puree, 2oz Merlot, 3oz
heavy cream and 2 tsp sugar.
Pour ingredients (except cream and sugar) into cocktail
shaker half full of ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Mix cream and
sugar into another cocktail shaker but with no ice and then shake. Layer the cream
on top of the drink. Garnish with a raspberry and mint sprig
