Inspiration: Lady Chatterley losing herself in the heady
atmosphere of the Estate’s hothouses.
Colour
palette was quite a summery palette of hot pink and.....
.... bright turquoise but then
she was thinking of Lady C’s steamy affair amongst the exotic plants.
Adding
to her graphic signature prints were exotic palm prints and butterflies. The
butterfly patterns dispersed in to the air on trousers and in a more regimented
column structure on back of tops.
A bright pink coat shows Triffid like
plants escaping from the orangery.Loving the fluffy bag! Jewellery also designed by Fulton.
Fulton went for a hybrid of the Stepford wife and the saucy French beatnik-brunette.
Bottoms
of skirts were in slits as though wafting in a cool breeze. Oversized clutches were also in the graphic prints.
Layering and the teaming of the pieces with polo necks
brought this steamy collection back in to the autumn/winter vein.
