INIFD presents Cheena Panjwani AW17 at London Fashion Week

This season the India based Inter-National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) in association with The London School of Trends (LST) presents A Chaotic Romance at London Fashion Week for the Autumn Winter 2017 season with Fashion Scout. One of the designers is Cheena Panjwani

Sheath Muse is filled with rich floral hues including red dahlia, dove grey and acid limes decorated on a variation of fabrics including velvet and crepes.

The silhouettes used are simplistic but have been manipulated into new forms and draped into various patterns.

Cheena has incorporated delicate mola art into her collection which consists of stitching several layers of different colours of cloth together and then using reverse applique techniques to highlight the intricacy.

 Mirror embellishments finish the collection.

A Chaotic Romance is the result of a competition run by both institutes with over 2000 entries from across 60 premium INIFD Centres in India.
It will showcase the designs of 11 specially selected designers from India who have all been under the creative direction of Joe Toronka.
