Background on Look Good...Feel Better
Look Good…Feel Better (LGFB) is a practical and very effective cancer support charity offering free skincare and make up workshops in 65 hospitals and cancer support centres nationwide.  Launched 18 years ago the Programme is the only organisation helping women manage the often debilitating visible side effects of cancer treatment enabling women to look and feel more like their ‘normal’ selves.  At each of over 1,000 workshops a year, patients are given a gift bag filled with donated cosmetic products and taken through a specially designed 12-step skincare and make-up regime by volunteer beauty consultants.  Ladies leave the sessions smiling, uplifted, with new skills and a fresh feeling of confidence.  For more information visit www.lgfb.co.uk
