Russell & Bromley SS15 Footwear Collection

For SS15, Russell & Bromley embrace the androgynous mood, taking inspiration from the Mannish, 70s and Sports Luxe trends.

Gold, white, tan and leopard print combine to form a neutral colour palette complimenting the pops of Miami pink, sky blue and bordeaux.  Key fabrics are mesh , hair calf and suede with tassel and fringing detail.

Flats take centre stage.

The retro pointed and kitten heeled mule makes an appearance. Updated with leopard print hair calf and embroidered textured fabric. A large ornate buckle adorns the front gives a nod to the Georgian era when paste buckles were all the rage..

 
And for those of you who do like a higher heel, the 70s are also back with the wedge heel. Sparkling silver and gold add  disco glamour.

To celebrate Faith Shoes 50th anniversary, Debenhams press office put on a little bloggers event.

United Nude Footwear Brand launches pop up store exhibition in Selfridges

Architectural and experimental footwear brand United Nude has launched their third exhibition and pop up store at Selfridges Oxford St London for Selfridge’s Festival of Imagination.

The United Nude section shows how the brand’s design process works whilst combining the modern day shoe art installation.

The exhibition features shoes like the Masha Max x United Nude shoe, the futuristic 3D printed collaboration shoe with Iris van Herpen, and the Fang shoe worn in the latest Hunger Games 2 film.

Available to purchase will be the Lo Res collection and the super exclusive Nova shoe which was designed by famous architect ZahaHadid with United Nude. The story behind the design inspiration will be explained in a short film.
