The heart of the collection sees Daniela Villegas playfully channel the highly coloured birds and wildlife that feature on iconic silk scarves and the Ars shoe designed by Salvatore in the late 1950s.

A limited edition in gold and diamonds is available in selected stores.
Consisting of four categories – necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets effortlessly updates the quality, colour, humour, Italian spirit and innovative mix of materials that have long been recognized as Ferragamo hallmarks.
The birdcage, adorned with the House’s signature Gancio emblem, is a recurring design trope in the collection, while the parakeet evokes a sense of playfulness and joy, and the parrot symbolizes abundance and self-expression.
Drawing inspiration from nature and a restless desire to explore the world, Villegas says: “In the natural trajectory of progression, nature always provides a soothing and joyful dose to cope with the wear and tear that comes with evolution. Having the opportunity to work on this collection with a brand like Ferragamo has been a dream come true for me.
” The collection by Daniela Villegas is the latest chapter in Salvatore Ferragamo’s historical mentoring, which started with the founder’s investment in Italy's world-class craftsmanship, and continues today through the company’s Fondazione Ferragamo, which among its other activities, sponsors those who aspire to work in the world of fashion, design and the highest and most artistic forms of Italian craftsmanship.
