Minions 'Bello Yellow' Collection comes to Selfridges

Illumination Entertainment and Universal Studios Minions ‘Bello Yellow’ Collection  launched exclusively in Selfridges this month, June 2015.
Yellow appears to be one of THE colours of the summer and with the Minions it definitely is!!

To celebrate, the first day opened with a Minions press/bloggers breakfast:

Celebrities attended included model Amber Le Bon, singer-songwriter Diana Vickers and super style blogger Bip Ling. Amber wore the sequin eye silk dress by designer Giles Deacon (£1575.00) whilst Diana wore a long Minions eye print cotton tee (£50) also by Giles Deacon. ,

Bip Ling also rocked the tee with a Giles Deacon banana print tee at £60

The range features limited-edition capsule collections from designers Rupert Sanderson, Giles Deacon (as above), milliner Piers Atkinson, jeweller Tatty Devine, Criminal Damage, Havaianas and SJYP

UK Fashion & Textiles Awards 2015 will be hosted by model Amber le Bon and model/presenter Jack Guinness

UKFT is the voice of the Fashion and Textile industry, promoting the growth of the sector and bringing together all parts of this vast industry. Representing 17 Federated Association Members and comments on all issues relating to the UK;fashion & textile industry. Making it the most inclusive and influential British fashion and textile network, representing over 2,500 companies throughout the UK and promoting the industry in the UK, at EU level and globally.

The UK Fashion & Textiles Association are holding their annual UKFT Awards on 21st May at London's Tobacco Docks.
The Awards are a celebration of the industry, recognising the talent, manufacturing and design.
The judging panel will be made up of industry influencers, professionals, journalists and designers including: Colin McDowall Henry Holland Patrick Grant Melanie Rickey Alister Mackie Lou Stoppard Anita Barr and Susie Lau

Model Amber le Bon - the face of Vanessa G designer label

Amber le Bon, daughter of Simon and Yasmin le Bon, is the face of designer Vanessa G's SS12 collection.

Amber features in the photoshoot, which was shot in Richmond park. Of working with Vanessa G Amber says: “I have really enjoyed working with Vanessa on her Spring Summer 2012 photoshoot. Her use of prints and tailoring are very unique and I am a big fan of her work, especially the way she fuses art with fashion.”
