Calvin Klein AW12 Collection
Francisco Costa, Calvin Klein's womenswear Creative Director, presented his AW12 collection titled 'Iconic Urbanism' - Movement and ease met with sharpness and precision.
Key focus is on the hourglass waist with inverted darts and matte glazed silver belts over flared skirts.
The signature shift dress is given a curvilinear skirt, left sleeveless or with volumous sleeves
The colour palette is pure stark and minimal ......
.... with touches of vivid sienna, poppy, cerise and carmine.
Evening wear is textured and tactile with hemlines at midcalf,
Actresses Rooney Mara and Emma Stone attended the New York catwalk show and of course were wearing Calvin Klein....

Calvin Klein Collection presented the brands' Women's Creative Director, Francisco Costa's Spring/Summer 2012 runway show at the company's New York HQ on 15 Sep
This season's inspiration was the celebration of the female form.
Light layers of tulle and silk caressed the body.
The key look was the slip dress.
Footwear was a round toe leather/satin t bar strap with high skinny stiletto heels.
