True Religion launch their colourful stretch corduroy jeans collection

True Religion have come out with colours blazing in the new stretch corduroy jeans range.

The women’s Brooklyn stretch cords  are cropped  just above the ankle. 

They’re lightweight with a narrow 24 wale cord and have a soft velvet-like texture.

LOVE AND HAIGHT 
This collection was inspired by San Francisco’s famed Haight-Ashbury district during the counterculture 1960s. It will feature vintage denim reworked into patchwork bellbottoms, short slouchy bib overalls, and the cutoff shorts in a mix of light and dark washes. 
TROUSERS are the Bohemian hippie era of the ’70s- high-waisted trouser pant with full flare at the leg. Made of 100% cotton, these retro-inspired pieces come in a kaleidoscopic range of colors including lawn green, sunflower yellow, cherry red and royal blue, plus a super-cool bleached style for a modern twist. Offered in a range of light to heavyweight denim.

The Calvin Klein Jeans Spring 2012 ad campaign was shot on Guanahani Beach St Barts, creating a striking backdrop for the new high density stretch skinny crops and their gorgeously vivid colours.
 

Dutch supermodel Lara Stone continues her long standing relationship with CK and appears in the shots along with Toni Garm and Joan Smalls.......

DENIM THEME ANCHORS G- STAR AUTUMN/WINTER 2012 SHOW

 For their AW12 collection show at bread and Butter Berlin, , G-Star Raw combined their fashion show with comtemporary dance with professional dancers instead of models wearing the AW12 pieces.

The show was based on a performance by Dutch choreographer and modern dance ambassador Conny Janssen who re-choreographed ZOUT into a twelve minute art performance just for G-Star.

Highlights of the collection included the New Radar with lowered front pockets for both men and women. 

New fits are the Super Slim fit for men and the High Waist Skinny for women.

In terms of washings a key innovation this season is DeepTones. G-Star’s new and unique denim treatment causes it to hardly fade when washed; making sure that dark denim stays dark. All iconic G-Star denims for both men and women will be available in DeepTones: G-Star Elwood, 3301, New Radar, Arc pant and Midge.

Colour palette: 

Yellows, reds and oranges to the colour denim collection.

Python blue, bullet grey, orange and white to the RAW Correct Line.

Also a strong black denim range in different fits.
