Jaeger SS16 campaign featuring Dree Hemingway

Jaeger launched its new Spring Summer 2016 campaign, featuring American model and actress Dree Hemingway,  photography by  fashion photographer Boo George.

In keeping with the versatility and functionality of the Spring Summer collection, Dree perfectly captures a contemporary new ethos and approach. Dree’s melange of talents leave her with a hectic working life, and a diary which takes her from her home in Los Angeles, to New York, Paris, Milan and London on a regular basis. As such Dree is well versed in the art of easy style on-the-go. With a multi-faceted life, including a career in acting as well as modelling, as well as outside interests in writing, ballet and music, Dree perfectly epitomises the Jaeger woman and her rich and active life.

Jaeger’s Spring / Summer collection is versatile and interchangeable, each piece is designed to be adaptable for different climates, seasons and time zones. On becoming the new face of Jaeger, Dree says: “For me Jaeger is the epitome of effortless style. My personal taste is less is more, which is reflected in the collection”. Dree particularly identified the layerable separates in the collection, saying: “I love the wide leg trousers”.

With his names in the pages of British and American Vogue, W and Love magazine, Boo was a very clear choice for Jaeger. His aptitude for bringing out the real, expressive and approachable qualities of models is evident again here. Jaeger’s campaigns often focus on the art of photography; previously working with the likes of David Bailey and Norman Parkinson, Boo joins a new legacy of photographers, including Josh Olins and Karim Sadli taking a refreshing approach to the brand.
