Roshni Gupta SS17 - London Fashion Week

India based INIFD (Inter National Institute of Fashion Design) in association with LST (The London School of Trends) presented 'Preservation' at London Fashion Week. Preservation is the result of a competition run  in India by both institutes, showcasing 8 winners
Oneof the winners being Roshni Gupta

Titled 'The Rooted Elegance' - inspiration is from the roots of India on which the whole Indian ecomomy is supported.
Fabrics used are rich brocade, organza, jacquard and delicate net.

All are layered with embellishments.

Pearls in shades of green and gold are used to give an embossed effect to the sharp contrast of hand embroidery.

A 3D effect is accomplished by using flowers made with the fabrics.
