Agent Provocateur Latest Fragrance – Fatale

Inspired by the 1940’s Hollywood Femme Fatale, the sharply faceted angles of the bottle are designed to reflect her myriad sides to the riveted gaze of those around her. 

The packaging is an ode to Film Noire in diamond embossed textured matte black framed with lacquered pink border.

Top notes:

Bold with spicy Madagascar pink pepper, succulent mango nectar and blackcurrant.

Heart notes:

Seductive and feminine with Velvet Gardenia, elegant Royal Orris absolute and smoky Indonesian Patchouli.

Base notes:

Sultry with musk, creamy Vanilla Orchid Aphrodisiac, Chocolate Gourmand Addiction and leathery Spanish labdanum.

Yardley London launches two new fragrances and revamps two of their favourites.

This year, Yardley’s Signature Fragrances have had a makeover to create a contemporary fragrance collection.  Introducing two new women’s fragrances plus a re-launch of two favourites to bring them up to date.

New Fragrance: JADE

Inspired by the 1960s the fragrance is a fresh green floral scent.

Top notes:  A sharp start with bergamot, sweet peach and green woody galbanum

Heart: Floral bouquet of rose, jasmine, ylang ylang and orris

Base notes:  Patchouli, sandalwood and moss

A softer fragrance is this modern floral chypre. Actually launched at the end of last year.

New Fragrance - Nina Ricci's 'La Tentation de Nina'

Nina Ricci has collaborated with the luxury French bakery Laduree and created the sweet new limited edition fragrance ‘La Tentation de Nina’ 

Master perfumer Oliver Cresp created the fragrance incorporating a macaron accord whilst the New Creation Pastry Chef at Laduree, Vincent Lemains created a limited edition macaron especially for the fragrance.

Fruity top notes: Italian bergamot and grapefruit.

Heart notes: a maroon accord of raspberries, almonds, lemons and Bulgarian rose absolute.

Base notes: Bourbon vanilla, white musk and sandalwood

In the Nina’s signature apple shape, the bottle is a deep pink with a matt finish. With such an intense colour and a mouth watering macaron fragrance who could blame Nina from taken a bite out of it. The bite provides a sharp contrast from the matt pink with its mirror effect gold.
