Ormond Jayne - 24 carat gold dusting powder

Christmas festivities will be upon us before you can say “Bah Humbug” and you’ll have to start thinking of what to wear. But don’t forget fragrances play a big part in making you feel glamorous and special so why not treat yourself to :

Most of us have watched James Bond “Goldfinger” and remember the scene where Goldfinger’s secretary is covered with gold paint. Well you may not want to go that far to dazzle everyone at the Christmas festivities but a little light dusting of real 24 carat gold powder over your décolleté and shoulders will ensure you catch their eye as you shimmer and sparkle with style.

Gold Dust is packaged in an elegant black lacquered handmade gold box which contains a very fluffy and feminine champagne coloured marabou feather trim powder puff. The subtle but exotic fragrance is of the rare Ta’if Rose, a damask rose from the plantations of Ta’if, a town rising 5,000ft above the shores of the Red Sea. It takes 10,000 rose petals to make just 10ml of Ta’if Rose oil, and they are harvested only during April.

The retail price of £400 for 15ml is not to be sneezed at (definitely don’t sneeze!) and is exclusive to Harrods.

If you are on Santa’s nice list, he may bring a box down your chimney on Christmas Eve. But if you’re on the naughty list- then you may get them earlier!!!

Gianmarco Lorenzi Spring/Summer 2011 shoe collection

I know how much you liked our blog on Gianmarco Lorenzi's AW10 shoe collection so let's jump in feet first to see his SS11 collection which is all about Italian Riviera glamour.
New for SS11 is the 8inch wedge tribute to the espradille - resulting in a feminine casual look.
Loving the girlie pink wedges.
Also new this season is the use of  silk, satin and leather flowers applied to ankle straps....
...and toe-traps. It's all about mixing textures of smooth satin with lace, python and butter-soft suede.
This silk flowered sandal is crying out to be taken to Ascot or a wedding.

Colours are soft summer tones ranging from sand, cream and dove grey to...
...powdery blues and pinks......,
... with splashes of fuschia, coral and mint.
His Black Label is as sparkling as ever.
Gift wrap your feet in this ankle boot.
Or go for the gladiator style sandal boot.
And for those of you who can't wear high heels, don't worry you still can have glamorous footwear with this low heeled sandal.
All the materials used are luxurious and glamorous: from the high quality italian leather, 24carat gold and silver buckles and studs, natural gemstones to the unbreakable titanium heels. No wonder celebrities such as Beyonce love them.

QVC's Ephiphany ring a dead ringer for Kate's engagement ring.

OK,  we're not going to get engaged to a prince, but that doesn't mean we have to miss out on a copy of the late Princess Diana's engagement ring and now Kate's.

QVC has an Ephiphany Platinum Clad Diamonique Oval Cluster ring, which is a dead ringer
The ring is priced at just £34.42 - a miniscule fraction of the cost of Kate's ring.
QVC says that less than 24 hours since Prince William  and Kate Middleton announced their engagement, they have received a sales increase of over 800%!!!

Sue Leeson from QVC comments: "The huge demand for Kate's'replica ring shows that she is blossoming into a real trend setter. As the media intensity increases in the run up to the wedding, it will be interesting to see what impact she has on British style."

The Epiphany Platinum Clad Diamonique Oval Cluster Ring is listed as item no. 685613 and can be found on
