INIFD presents Gurnam Kaur AW17 at London Fashion Week

This season the India based Inter-National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) in association with The London School of Trends (LST) presents A Chaotic Romance at London Fashion Week for the Autumn Winter 2017 season with Fashion Scout. One of the student runner up designers is  Gurnam Kaur

Gurnam’s love for animals inspired her collection ‘Pichwai Raj’— the backdrop of sculptures of Hindu deities, an epitome of love towards mankind or animals, typically synonymous with Lord Krishna. The cosmic colours used in her collection symbolise the love for animals.

The attires have animal motifs and are accessorised with chokers with silk strings, metallic bells. “All my designs and creations are for a modern girl. They have been created using the best of fabrics embroidered and embellished in the richest possible manner.”
A Chaotic Romance is the result of a competition run by both institutes with over 2000 entries from across 60 premium INIFD Centres in India
