Anissa designed this collection as a double interface: - The first is related to the interaction that exists between clothes and culture - The second is built around interferences that we find between different cultures, different ways to dress and to produce an apparel.
She draws on her Tunisian heritage and the similarities between the traditional garments worn in North Africa and in the Middle East as well as those worn in Extreme Orient: China, Japan, and Korea.
Fabrics used embrace the cultural exchange from English Oxford, striped Japanese linen to Tunisian hand woven silks;
Colour palette is of crisp whites, denim blue and electric blue.
The collection meets halfway between East and West, past and future, tradition and modernity.
